refund policy

Our refund policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund. However, we will gladly exchange the item within 12 months. We will accept all returned items, provided they are sealed in the original container and returned in "as new" condition within 12 months.

To complete your return, you must contact us for authorization, as not all items are eligible for returns or exchanges. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees incurred. We reserve the right to apply a 25% restocking fee on returned items, including equipment, machinery, and accessories.

All discounted sales (including those made through an affiliate link) are final and are not eligible for return or refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
